Making work, work
Practical ADHD coaching and workplace support, from someone who’s seen both sides of the desk.
Hello…
I’m Kim Clarke.
I’ve worked in HR for over 25 years (scary, I know), and there were many aspects I genuinely loved. But I kept burning out - amongst other challenges - and I had absolutely no idea why.
I thought it was me. That I was just a bit… well, rubbish.
When someone suggested I might have ADHD, I’d love to say everything suddenly made sense - but it didn’t. It was a shock, and one I initially struggled to understand or come to terms with.
But over time, through educating myself and during my coaching training - things began to click. I started to see patterns, understand my strengths, and make decisions that felt more sustainable for the long term.
At the same time, I’d seen neurodiversity from the other side. I’d read the books about the power of different ways of thinking. I knew the legal responsibilities. I’d supported managers and employees through workplace challenges. And, without realising it, I’d lived some of those challenges myself.
That’s why I started Reasonably Adjusted.
I genuinely believe there has to be a better way.
We can get better at understanding and advocating for ourselves. We can get better at supporting our employees. And we can do all of that with kindness, practical support, better education… and the occasional dose of humour.
I’m here to help make work, work.
For individuals - ADHD Coaching

Ways we can work together
For Businesses - ADHD-Informed Workplace Support

It’s about reducing friction, increasing clarity and creating systems that support real humans, in a way that also works for the business.
How it works
01
Book a free discovery call
A no-pressure conversation to talk through where you're at, what's not working, and whether coaching feels like the right fit - for both of us.
02
We talk about how it’s funded
Some clients pay privately. Some access coaching through work - including Access to Work funding, or an employer covering the cost directly. Just let us know what is best for you.
03
We get started
Sessions run for an hour, either online or at your place of work (within travelling distance). We'll dig into what's really going on, what you need, and build ways of working that suit your brain.
Sessions are usually booked in blocks of six, and can run weekly, fortnightly, or monthly - entirely flexible to your needs.
Individual sessions are also available.
