Adult ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching can help you explore:

  • Managing overwhelm and recognising when you’re taking on too much.

  • Planning, prioritising and getting started on tasks.

  • Finding practical approaches to organisation and time management.

  • Building flexible routines that fit how you think and work.

  • Understanding your ADHD, strengths and support needs.

  • Developing confidence and a kinder relationship with yourself.

  • Navigating workplace challenges, communication and boundaries.

I know what it's like to spend years thinking you're just bad at things everyone else seems to manage fine. Before I knew I had ADHD, I put it down to being disorganised, not trying hard enough, or just being a bit rubbish. Turns out my brain was working exactly as it should - just not in the way the world was built to expect.

ADHD coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding how your brain actually works, and building a way of working - and living - that fits it, instead of constantly fighting against it.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, exploring the possibility of ADHD, or looking for support at work, adult ADHD coaching can help you create more clarity, confidence and consistency in the areas that matter most.

Sessions are available online across the UK and in person in Kent where appropriate.

How it works

01
Book a free discovery call

A no-pressure conversation to talk through where you're at, what's not working, and whether coaching feels like the right fit - for both of us.

Some clients pay privately. Some access coaching through work - including Access to Work funding, or an employer covering the cost directly. Just let us know what is best for you.

03
We get started

Sessions run for an hour, online across the UK, or in person at your workplace in Kent and the South East. We'll dig into what's really going on, what you need, and build ways of working that suit your brain.

When success takes more than you can keep giving

You may be doing well on the outside while working in ways that are difficult to sustain. I offer space to examine expectations, commitments and working patterns, and explore changes that support you and your role.

You do not need to identify as neurodivergent to explore this.

Access to Work ADHD Coaching

If ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or another neurodivergent condition affects you at work, you may be eligible for Access to Work funding to help pay for practical support, including work-focused coaching.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply. Eligibility and any funding awarded will depend on your individual circumstances and support needs.

If you already have Access to Work funding in place for coaching, I'd be happy to discuss what you're looking for and whether my coaching would be a good fit for your award.

Check eligibility and apply on GOV.UK

Access to Work funding may help cover the cost of work-focused ADHD coaching, subject to eligibility and approval.

What people say…

  • Louis Perkins - HR Lead

Kim builds trust really quickly, and I felt comfortable from the first session. She has a real knack for asking the right questions and helped me get a clear view what matters, both in my role and in how I work with the others. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone.

  • James

If you think coaching its a little woke and not for you, think again. I was blown away with the process. The opportunity to discuss my challenges freely, without judgement and in confidence I found truly powerful. That different perspective gave me a great insight into not being so hard on myself and helped me develop a play card to use for the future.
